After all Now you need just to Follow the steps below to add CSS to your Blogger template, (Sign in to Blogger.com)Login to your blogger account at blogger.com/home And Choose Blog to update , If you have more than one blogs then select the blog you want to customize from left side as shown in the screenshot below.
1. Go to the "Theme" section of your dashboard.
2. Click the "Customize" button.
3. Click the "Advanced" tab on the left side of the screen.
Then from the dropdown, select "Add CSS".
